OpenPi Reporting

A classic task: regularly analysing process data, creating charts, verifying normal operation, describing deviations. Such monitoring can be annually - e.g. for the business report or as part of recurring certification - or on a daily basis up to "live" updates while a system is being commissioned or trial runs are done. With our OpenPi Reporting we realize the on-demand import - as auto-import or manually, develop the necessary evaluations, set up the required reports and make the results available in different formats.
For complex systems monitoring is generally based on the relevant system documentation, P&I diagrams, as-built drawings, DCS print screens, etc. Therefore, the OpenPi Platform can be used to create precise calculation models for process engineering up to complete digital (system) twins.
